Job Summary:

• We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Client Payments & Collections Specialist to manage the full cycle of payment collections for apartment sales. The ideal candidate will ensure timely receipt of payments, maintain accurate financial records, follow up with clients and banks, and support the finance and sales teams with up-to-date reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and monitor client payment schedules for apartment sales contracts
• Follow up with clients via phone/email to collect upcoming or overdue payments
• Coordinate with banks to verify received amounts and ensure accurate documentation
• Track and reconcile cash payments, including internal and partner channels
• Maintain organized financial records in client files, reflecting real-time payment status
• Cross-check bank transactions and receipts with internal sales and contract records
• Collaborate with sales and contract teams to ensure alignment on financial terms
• Prepare periodic reports on collections, outstanding balances, and client status
• Escalate payment issues to management as necessary

Compensation:

• Salary: Starting from 600 AZN/month 
• Bonus: Substantial performance-based bonuses tied to collection targets
