Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
ACCA, CIMA or similar certification is an advantage.
Proven experience as a Cost Control Specialist or similar role in the fintech or financial services industry.
Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and cost management.

Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and ensure adherence to financial plans.
Assist to monitor budget performance and provide timely reports to senior management.
Assist in conducting thorough analysis of company expenditures, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Regularly review invoices and record them in ERP system.
Regularly assess vendor performance and negotiate cost adjustments when necessary.
Assist in preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including variance analysis and cost trend assessments.
Assist in financial forecasting and modeling to support long-term financial planning.
Assist on ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Collaborate with the compliance team to implement and monitor financial controls.
