Minimum 2 years of experience in HR specialist
Solid understanding of labour laws and HR compliance standards
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Language skills: Fluency in Azerbaijani and English
