Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal analysis and research on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, internal policies, and corporate documents.
• Provide expert legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, tax, labor, and securities law.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with legal and corporate governance requirements across the company.
• Oversee corporate governance processes, including board and shareholder-related matters.
• Represent the company in courts and before regulatory authorities.
• Manage the state registration of company charter changes and governing bodies.
