Lead Structural Engineer

Job description: 

• Oversee the planning and execution of civil and structural engineering projects;
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, local codes, and safety regulations;
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders;
• Perform structural analysis and calculations;
• Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and reports;
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources;
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control;
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions;
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technical staff.

Responsibilities:

• Perform structural design and analysis for various projects;
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers;
• Prepare technical reports, calculations, and drawings;
• Ensure compliance with local and international building codes;
• Supervise junior engineers and provide mentorship.
