Namizədə tələblər

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a recognized professional certification (SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in Talent Management, Performance Management, or Learning & Development.
  • At least 1 year of HR experience within the Oil & Gas industry or a similar large-scale, complex, international environment.
  • Strong knowledge of modern Performance Management, Talent Management, and Learning & Development concepts and best practices.
  • Analytical mindset with strong reporting and data interpretation skills; ability to generate actionable HR insights.
  • Experience working with HR systems and digital tools to support HR processes and reporting is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.

  • We are seeking an experienced Lead / Senior Talent Specialist to support and enhance Performance Management and Learning & Development processes. This role requires a proactive professional with strong expertise in talent practices, capable of driving performance culture, managing the performance cycle, and delivering impactful L&D initiatives aligned with business needs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring consistency, continuous improvement, and effective stakeholder engagement.

 

Key Responsibilities

Performance Management

  • Support the implementation, enhancement, and continuous improvement of the Performance Management framework, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure effective execution of the annual performance cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and year-end evaluations.
  • Promote and embed a strong performance and continuous feedback culture across the organization.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on performance assessment, calibration sessions, and individual development planning.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and digitalization of Performance Management processes and systems.
  • Monitor performance data, analyze trends, and prepare reports to support informed organizational decision-making.

 

Learning & Development

  • Develop and implement Learning & Development (L&D) policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with the company’s business strategy and talent needs.
  • Establish, maintain, and continuously update the corporate Training Matrix to ensure role-based competency development.
  • Prepare and manage the annual Training Plan based on organizational priorities and individual development needs.
  • Ensure effective and timely execution of training programs in line with the approved Training Plan.
  • Design and deliver internal training programs and conduct Train-the-Trainer (ToT) sessions when required.
  • Support succession planning initiatives to ensure leadership continuity and a strong talent pipeline.
  • Oversee onboarding programs to ensure smooth and effective integration of new employees.
  • Support the development and coordination of mentoring, talent development, and career growth programs.
  • Contribute to the automation and optimization of L&D processes through HR systems and digital tools.
  • Measure training effectiveness and prepare reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
