Namizədə tələblər

Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
Three or more years of marketing experience, preferably in the hotel or educational fields.
Excellent understanding of branding, social media, and content marketing; imaginative, perceptive, and well-organized.
Fluency in written and spoken Azerbaijani, Upper intermediate level English and Russian.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, etc.).
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Basic understanding of SEO and website content management systems (WordPress, Wix, etc.) is an advantage.

Job Purpose

CÀSÀ is seeking a creative, results-oriented Marketing Manager to oversee our digital expansion, restaurant promotions, student recruiting efforts, and brand strategy.

Duties:

Oversee and carry out marketing initiatives in print, internet, and events;
Manage marketing KPIs, budgeting, and reporting;
Oversee social media, website upgrades, and content development;
Increase student enrollment and restaurant visibility;
Plan campaigns in conjunction with internal teams and outside partners.

Working Conditions:

Work Hours: Full-time (typically 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with occasional flexibility for events or activities).
